COME AND JOIN US, FIRST CLASS, MEMBERSHIP & HEALTHY EATING PACK ARE FREE

Each class consists of a weigh-in, a short motivational talk offering nutritional help & advice and a fun-filled 45 minute workout. Screen Shot 2014-12-22 at 11.00.00
It is your class and you can choose the combination that works for you, weigh in and work out, work out only or weigh in only.

Everyone is encouraged to exercise at their own level. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, no matter what age, shape or size – you are amongst friends.
Your membership, also includes a members pack, which includes guidance for Healthy Eating, Menus and Recipes.

We also support and take part in the Race For Life and in 2013 & 2014, I lead the thousands of ladies for the Aerobic Warm Up, in preparation for the race in Coventry.

Tracey & I are very passionate about what we do and are committed to our members, providing all the knowledge, motivation and of course, fun exercise sessions too.
Working together, we can help you reach your health & fitness goals and make new friends along the way.
So, please come along to class and enjoy the experience of a fun and friendly atmosphere…you will be made to feel very welcome!
