Interval Boom

Our Interval Boom course, is based on the principle of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT)

Kettlebells are included in our Interval Boom, but can be adapted, should you choose not to use them.

An entire Interval Boom class will last for 35 minutes, which includes 10 high intensity exercises, some of which may last for up to 1 minute and are classified as ‘Interval Drills’ of a Boot Camp theme.

A fantastic course, that will challenge, but will result in a great sense of achievement.
