Chocolate & Chestnut Whip
1 x 75g pack low-fat custard
1 tbsp Green and Black’s cocoa powder
1 tbsp chestnut puree
2 egg whites
2 tbsps virtually fat-free fromage frais
A little Bournville dark chocolate, grated
- Make up the custard with boiling water and mix in the cocoa powder and chestnut puree. Allow mixture to cool slightly.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Fold gently into the chocolate custard along with the fromage frais.
- Spoon into glasses, adding a little extra fromage frais if desired. Top with some grated chocolate.
