Chocolate & Chestnut Whip

Ingredients

1 x 75g pack low-fat custard

1 tbsp Green and Black’s cocoa powder

1 tbsp chestnut puree

2 egg whites

2 tbsps virtually fat-free fromage frais

A little Bournville dark chocolate, grated

Serves 4

  1. Make up the custard with boiling water and mix in the cocoa powder and chestnut puree. Allow mixture to cool slightly.
  1. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Fold gently into the chocolate custard along with the fromage frais.
  1. Spoon into glasses, adding a little extra fromage frais if desired. Top with some grated chocolate.
