Ingredients

8 low-fat sausages

2 tomatoes

150g chestnut mushrooms

230g back bacon

1 x 400g can baked beans

  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan.
  1. Dry-fry 8 low-fat sausages for 15 minutes.
  1. Push to one side of the pan and add 2 tomatoes, cut in half and 150g chestnut mushrooms and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes.
  1. Remove everything from the pan and keep warm.
  1. Add 230g back bacon and cook quickly while heating 1 x 400g can baked beans in a saucepan or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Serve hot with fruit juice and toast.
